Stat. § 25-1902","body":"(1) The following are final orders which may be vacated, modified, or reversed:\n\n(a) An order affecting a substantial right in an action, when such order in effect determines the action and prevents a judgment;\n\n(b) An order affecting a substantial right made during a special proceeding;\n\n(c) An order affecting a substantial right made on summary application in an action after a judgment is entered; and\n\n(d) An order denying a motion for summary judgment when such motion is based on the assertion of sovereign immunity or the immunity of a government official.\n\n(2) An order under subdivision (1)(d) of this section may be appealed pursuant to section 25-1912 within thirty days after the entry of such order or within thirty days after the entry of judgment.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 25"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=25-1902","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"20efb34d6fcdcee3500918b8e7bcbb1f05f3f9e20be796a8f765b4f7afa12b08","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-25-1901","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-25-1903"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
