Stat. § 25-2936","body":"(a) Except as required in subsection (b) of this section, a mediator may not make a report, assessment, evaluation, recommendation, finding, or other communication regarding a mediation to a court, administrative agency, or other authority that may make a ruling on the dispute that is the subject of the mediation.\n\n(b) A mediator may disclose:\n\n(1) whether the mediation occurred or has terminated, whether a settlement was reached, and attendance;\n\n(2) a mediation communication as permitted under section 25-2935 ; or\n\n(3) a mediation communication evidencing abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation of an individual to a public agency responsible for protecting individuals against such mistreatment.\n\n(c) A communication made in violation of subsection (a) of this section may not be considered by a court, administrative agency, or arbitrator.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 25"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=25-2936","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"13d05fed4fc8ee72ab4152f25cd81070f21660f240ce0ef1b8044b1de55b355f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-25-2935","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-25-2937"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
