Stat. § 28-1216","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, any person who is eligible to obtain a permit from the Nebraska State Patrol or has a valid educational, industrial, commercial, agricultural, or other legitimate need for a permit and who possesses or stores explosive materials without such a permit commits the offense of unlawful possession of explosive materials in the second degree.\n\n(2) The exclusions provided in subsection (2) of section 28-1215 shall be applicable to this section.\n\n(3) Unlawful possession of explosive materials in the second degree is a Class I misdemeanor.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-1216","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"91cba54680e7c65b7cae0fa748a663ffd1a2e2a6c932e3d3da9d97f0ae6a38b4","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1215","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1217"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
