Stat. § 28-1219","body":"(1) Any person who knowingly withholds information or makes any false, fictitious, or misrepresented statement or furnishes or exhibits any false, fictitious, or misrepresented identification for the purpose of obtaining a permit or relief from disability under the provisions of sections 28-1213 to 28-1239 or knowingly makes any false entry in a record which such person is required to keep pursuant to such sections or the regulations promulgated pursuant to such sections, commits the offense of obtaining a permit through false representations.\n\n(2) Obtaining a permit through false representations is a Class IV felony.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-1219","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"8d78f901313887589f0410146c7e410dfac4c42b150c0867995ffe61f65357a3","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1218","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1220"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
