Stat. § 28-1429","body":"(1) If a license issued under sections 28-1420 to 28-1429 is revoked and forfeited as provided in section 28-1425 for a violation of section 28-1429.04 or 28-1429.05 , no new license shall be issued to such licensee until the expiration of five years after the date of such revocation and forfeiture.\n\n(2) If a license issued under sections 28-1420 to 28-1429 is revoked and forfeited as provided in section 28-1425 for any other violation of sections 28-1418 to 28-1429.03 , 28-1429.06 , and 28-1429.07 , no new license shall be issued to such licensee until the expiration of one year after the date of such revocation and forfeiture except as otherwise provided in section 28-1423 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-1429","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"37a46dfc3add8951c0fbfef697f165b64fa43b112802591dcd84105a1ba8d83d","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1428","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1429.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
