Stat. § 28-1905","body":"(1) A person commits an offense if, while acting as the agent of a foreign principal, such person:\n\n(a) Intentionally engages in the prevention, detection, investigation, monitoring, surveilling, or prosecution of an offense under the law or rule of a government of a foreign country or a foreign terrorist organization at the direction of such foreign principal, government, or organization; and\n\n(b) Such person acts without the knowledge and approval of the appropriate state or federal law enforcement agency of the United States.\n\n(2) A violation of this section is a Class IIA felony.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-1905","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"0da673557586a176ec1338d35fa76cf532a0314de7d8e93bd0ec002a2bec538f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1904","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-1906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
