Stat. § 28-458","body":"For purposes of sections 28-458 to 28-462 :\n\n(1) Exchange means the National Precursor Log Exchange administered by the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators;\n\n(2) Methamphetamine precursor means any drug product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine that is required to be documented pursuant to the logbook requirements of 21 U.S.C. 830;\n\n(3) Seller means any person who lawfully sells a methamphetamine precursor pursuant to subdivision (1)(d) of section 28-456 or his or her employer; and\n\n(4) Stop-sale alert means a notification sent to a seller indicating that the completion of a methamphetamine precursor sale would result in a violation of subdivision (1)(d)(i) or (ii) of section 28-456 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-458","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"270052d8ebb86a09ddf4c4d3f363c4707241a94458a9ef9f7c12118ff394efae","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-457","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-459"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
