Stat. § 28-802","body":"(1) A person commits pandering if such person:\n\n(a) Entices another person to become a prostitute;\n\n(b) Procures or harbors therein an inmate for a house of prostitution or for any place where prostitution is practiced or allowed;\n\n(c) Inveigles, entices, persuades, encourages, or procures any person to come into or leave this state for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery; or\n\n(d) Receives or gives or agrees to receive or give any money or other thing of value for procuring or attempting to procure any person to become a prostitute or commit an act of prostitution or come into this state or leave this state for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery.\n\n(2) Pandering is a Class II felony.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 28"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=28-802","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"46d83f4780ccf2ec91bc072e9b2fe9c3492b092ea15c13af8cb22eb646513b6e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-801.01","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-28-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
