Stat. § 29-2274","body":"(1) Beginning October 1, 2024, the Office of Probation Administration shall electronically submit a quarterly report to the Judiciary Committee of the Legislature and the Appropriations Committee of the Legislature regarding individuals serving sentences of post-release supervision. The report shall include:\n\n(a) The number of individuals:\n\n(i) On post-release supervision;\n\n(ii) Successfully discharged from post-release supervision;\n\n(iii) Unsuccessfully discharged from post-release supervision;\n\n(iv) Whose post-release supervision is revoked for technical violations;\n\n(v) Whose post-release supervision is revoked for law violations;\n\n(vi) Who abscond and do not complete the conditions of post-release supervision;\n\n(vii) Who are sent to jails to serve custodial sanctions; and\n\n(viii) Whose post-release supervision has been revoked;\n\n(b) The number of jail beds utilized for custodial sanctions and the number of days such beds are utilized;\n\n(c) The types of programming offered to individuals on post-release supervision; and\n\n(d) The risk scores of individuals on post-release supervision at the time they began serving a sentence of imprisonment and upon discharge from post-release supervision.\n\n(2) The report shall redact all personal identifying information of individuals on post-release supervision.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 29"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=29-2274","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"8414bde00822492ef74be47d0e7e26965268ab7d23c170065b2d22fe0c8358aa","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-29-2273","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-29-2277"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
