Stat. § 30-24,130","heading":"Effect of affidavit.","body":"(a) A successor named in an affidavit under section 30-24,129 shall have the same protection as a distributee who has received a deed of distribution from a personal representative as provided in section 30-24,106.\n(b) A purchaser of real property from or lender to a person named as a successor in an affidavit under section 30-24,129 shall have the same protection as a person purchasing from or lending to a distributee who has received a deed of distribution from a personal representative as provided in section 30-24,108.\n(c) Nothing in this section affects or prevents any proceeding to enforce any mortgage, pledge, or other lien upon the real property described in the affidavit.","path":["Chapter 30 - DECEDENTS' ESTATES; PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=30-24,130","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-18T05:56:52Z","sha256":"fc813bd8365847ee94bb4ee69b371b39300ceb4a11f8a95fb6b1d24c403d0249","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-24-129","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-2501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
