Stat. § 30-3824","body":"(UTC 303) To the extent there is no conflict of interest between the representative and the person represented or among those being represented with respect to a particular question or dispute:\n\n(1) a conservator may represent and bind the estate that the conservator controls;\n\n(2) a guardian may represent and bind the ward if a conservator of the ward's estate has not been appointed;\n\n(3) an agent having authority to act with respect to the particular question or dispute may represent and bind the principal;\n\n(4) a trustee may represent and bind the beneficiaries of the trust;\n\n(5) a personal representative of a decedent's estate may represent and bind persons interested in the estate; and\n\n(6) a parent may represent and bind the parent's minor or unborn child if a conservator or guardian for the child has not been appointed.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 30"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=30-3824","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"81411c0580233bdb44180e8dcefa91ae30477c3ea8855ca81dc6b30a9a352444","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3823","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3825"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
