Stat. § 30-3875","body":"(UTC 810) (a) A trustee shall keep adequate records of the administration of the trust.\n\n(b) A trustee shall keep trust property separate from the trustee's own property.\n\n(c) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (d) of this section, a trustee shall cause the trust property to be designated so that the interest of the trust, to the extent feasible, appears in records maintained by a party other than a trustee or beneficiary.\n\n(d) If the trustee maintains records clearly indicating the respective interests, a trustee may invest as a whole the property of two or more separate trusts.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 30"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=30-3875","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"8ad2fa14614eddc49cb7e229e1204a018aef8dc5f898c8a01164c056364f8998","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3874","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3876"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
