Stat. § 30-3880","body":"(UTC 815) (a) A trustee, without authorization by the court, may exercise:\n\n(1) powers conferred by the terms of the trust; and\n\n(2) except as limited by the terms of the trust:\n\n(A) all powers over the trust property which an unmarried competent owner has over individually owned property;\n\n(B) any other powers appropriate to achieve the proper investment, management, and distribution of the trust property; and\n\n(C) any other powers conferred by the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code.\n\n(b) The exercise of a power is subject to the fiduciary duties prescribed by sections 30-3866 to 30-3882 .\n\n(c) The changes made to this section by Laws 2019, LB593, shall apply retroactively to August 30, 2015.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 30"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=30-3880","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"b2c95b34736a9c656e5566f65ba661b79631651ea59a58b960b2acc4f3e65fe3","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3879","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-3881"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
