Stat. § 30-4310","body":"(UDTA 10) (a) Subject to section 30-4311 , a trustee shall provide information to a trust director to the extent the information is reasonably related both to:\n\n(1) the powers or duties of the trustee; and\n\n(2) the powers or duties of the director.\n\n(b) Subject to section 30-4311 , a trust director shall provide information to a trustee or another trust director to the extent the information is reasonably related both to:\n\n(1) the powers or duties of the director; and\n\n(2) the powers or duties of the trustee or other director.\n\n(c) A trustee that acts in reliance on information provided by a trust director is not liable for a breach of trust to the extent the breach resulted from the reliance, unless by so acting the trustee engages in willful misconduct.\n\n(d) A trust director that acts in reliance on information provided by a trustee or another trust director is not liable for a breach of trust to the extent the breach resulted from the reliance, unless by so acting the trust director engages in willful misconduct.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 30"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=30-4310","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"6febaa8831e19f984faa071626116217ce86fde6bc9637b9525a12d17c54963d","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-4309","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-30-4311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
