Stat. § 32-123","body":"Valid photographic identification means:\n\n(1) A document issued by the United States, the State of Nebraska, an agency or a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, or a postsecondary institution within the State of Nebraska that:\n\n(a) Shows the name of the individual to whom the document was issued; and\n\n(b) Shows a photograph or digital image of the individual to whom the document was issued;\n\n(2) A document issued by the United States Department of Defense, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or its predecessor, the Veterans Administration, a branch of the uniformed services as defined in section 85-2902 , or a Native American Indian tribe or band recognized by the United States Government that:\n\n(a) Shows the name of the individual to whom the document was issued; and\n\n(b) Shows a photograph or digital image of the individual to whom the document was issued; or\n\n(3) A hospital, an assisted-living facility, a nursing home, a hospice, a provider agency for home or community-based developmental disability services, or any other intermediate care facility record that:\n\n(a) Shows the name of the individual who is the subject of the record; and\n\n(b) Shows a photograph or digital image of the individual who is the subject of the record.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 32"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=32-123","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4a96726809aadcfc76349584c40aca51d6fb167a8fef2619459380bc87ab5b22","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-32-122","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-32-1301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
