Stat. § 36-808","body":"(a) In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act, a creditor, subject to the limitations in section 36-809 , may obtain:\n\n(1) avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n\n(2) an attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee if available under applicable law; and\n\n(3) subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure:\n\n(i) an injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n\n(ii) appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n\n(iii) any other relief the circumstances may require.\n\n(b) If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court so orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 36"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=36-808","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"db0ad999335204d25a5b79afa9f500faaf20280dde3a5da5ded80a23d93f066e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-36-807","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-36-809"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
