Stat. § 38-1,118","heading":"General violations; penalty; second offenses; penalty.","body":"Any person violating any of the provisions of the Uniform Credentialing Act, except as specific penalties are otherwise imposed in the act, shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor.
