Stat. § 38-101","body":"Sections 38-101 to 38-1,148 and the following practice acts shall be known and may be cited as the Uniform Credentialing Act:\n\n(1) The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practice Act;\n\n(2) The Alcohol and Drug Counseling Practice Act;\n\n(3) The Athletic Training Practice Act;\n\n(4) The Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Practice Act;\n\n(5) The Behavior Analyst Practice Act;\n\n(6) The Certified Nurse Midwifery Practice Act;\n\n(7) The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Practice Act;\n\n(8) The Chiropractic Practice Act;\n\n(9) The Clinical Nurse Specialist Practice Act;\n\n(10) The Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology, and Body Art Practice Act;\n\n(11) The Dentistry Practice Act;\n\n(12) The Dialysis Patient Care Technician Registration Act;\n\n(13) The Emergency Medical Services Practice Act;\n\n(14) The Environmental Health Specialists Practice Act;\n\n(15) The Funeral Directing and Embalming Practice Act;\n\n(16) The Genetic Counseling Practice Act;\n\n(17) The Hearing Instrument Specialists Practice Act;\n\n(18) The Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified Practice Act until November 1, 2017;\n\n(19) The Massage Therapy Practice Act;\n\n(20) The Medical Nutrition Therapy Practice Act;\n\n(21) The Medical Radiography Practice Act;\n\n(22) The Medicine and Surgery Practice Act;\n\n(23) The Mental Health Practice Act;\n\n(24) The Nurse Practice Act;\n\n(25) The Nurse Practitioner Practice Act;\n\n(26) The Nursing Home Administrator Practice Act;\n\n(27) The Occupational Therapy Practice Act;\n\n(28) The Optometry Practice Act;\n\n(29) The Perfusion Practice Act;\n\n(30) The Pharmacy Practice Act;\n\n(31) The Physical Therapy Practice Act;\n\n(32) The Podiatry Practice Act;\n\n(33) The Psychology Practice Act;\n\n(34) The Respiratory Care Practice Act;\n\n(35) The Surgical First Assistant Practice Act; and\n\n(36) The Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act.\n\nIf there is any conflict between any provision of sections 38-101 to 38-1,148 and any provision of a practice act, the provision of the practice act shall prevail except as otherwise specifically provided in section 38-129.02 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 38"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-101","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"bf6071c0b26bf9c779dc28059f55abfdd12adae4442c462111357581dcd3ceef","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-1009","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-1010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
