Stat. § 38-152","body":"Base costs of credentialing are the costs that are common to all professions and businesses listed in section 38-121 and include the following:\n\n(1) Salaries and benefits for employees of the department who work with credentialing activities;\n\n(2) Shared operating costs for credentialing activities that are not specific to a particular profession or business such as indirect costs, rent, and utilities;\n\n(3) Costs related to compliance assurance, including investigative costs, contested case costs, and compliance monitoring;\n\n(4) Costs of the Licensee Assistance Program under section 38-175 ;\n\n(5) Capital costs, including office equipment and computer hardware or software, which are not specific to a particular profession or business; and\n\n(6) Other reasonable and necessary costs as determined by the department.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 38"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-152","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"06a1432b2e9ea9151fe970e5e2972ce24944f2a8105192bfd601b06e8c6e26d5","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-1519","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-1520"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
