Stat. § 38-156","body":"(1) The department shall retain a twenty-five-dollar administrative fee from each credentialing fee established under section 38-155 for a denied credential or a withdrawn application, except that (a) if the credentialing fee is less than twenty-five dollars, the fee shall be forfeited and (b) an examination fee shall not be returned.\n\n(2) The department shall collect fees for services as follows:\n\n(a) Ten dollars for a duplicate original or reissued credential;\n\n(b) Twenty-five dollars for certification of a credential pursuant to section 38-125 ;\n\n(c) Five dollars for verification of a credential pursuant to section 38-125 ; and\n\n(d) A reinstatement fee of thirty-five dollars in addition to the renewal fee to reinstate an expired or inactive credential for professions specified in section 38-121 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 38"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-156","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4d5e4931c16315e779ad51da3df80cb40591be122fa31973219111527bfcce07","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-155","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-157"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
