Stat. § 38-196","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, upon the completion of any hearing held regarding discipline of a credential, the director may dismiss the action or impose any of the following sanctions:\n\n(a) Censure;\n\n(b) Probation;\n\n(c) Limitation;\n\n(d) Civil penalty;\n\n(e) Suspension; or\n\n(f) Revocation.\n\n(2) Upon completion of any hearing regarding discipline of a credential for performing or inducing an unlawful abortion in violation of section 71-6915 , if the director determines that such violation occurred, the director shall impose a sanction of revocation in accordance with section 38-1,100 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 38"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-196","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"8aba7e1455469ce2fee6df21fd95d0e2b1dc1c3dfffc03a5dee4ce5704f31f1e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-195","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-197"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
