Stat. § 38-2060","body":"At the time of application for an initial license to practice acupuncture, the applicant shall present to the department proof that he or she:\n\n(1) Has graduated from, after having successfully completed the acupuncture curriculum requirements of, a formal, full-time acupuncture program at a university, college, or school of acupuncture approved by the board which includes at least one thousand seven hundred twenty-five hours of entry-level acupuncture education consisting of a minimum of one thousand didactic and five hundred clinical hours;\n\n(2) Has successfully passed an acupuncture examination approved by the board which shall include a comprehensive written examination in acupuncture theory, diagnosis and treatment technique, and point location; and\n\n(3) Has successfully completed a clean-needle technique course approved by the board.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 38"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-2060","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"550ffa9cf9d2e1d071823df79fe96c3e8b5739e1acc2515172ebebe3b05cc6c3","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-206","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-2061"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
