Stat. § 38-3322","body":"Each applicant for a license to practice veterinary medicine and surgery in this state shall present to the department:\n\n(1) Proof that the applicant is a graduate of an accredited school of veterinary medicine or holds a certificate issued by an entity that determines educational equivalence approved by the board indicating that the holder has demonstrated knowledge and skill equivalent to that possessed by a graduate of an accredited college of veterinary medicine;\n\n(2) Proof that the applicant has passed an examination approved by the board; and\n\n(3) Such other information and proof as the department, with the recommendation of the board, may require by rule and regulation.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 71"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=38-3322","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"38224ccf0eaec29aeda6653abc477832fdd7287388a66e307f0032cc07c3b74b","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-3321","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-38-3323"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
