Stat. § 39-2923","heading":"Investment program; report; when; contents.","body":"(1) The investment program shall prepare and electronically submit a report to the Clerk of the Legislature no later than November 1 of each year. The report shall include the following information relating to the investment program:\n(a) A statement of financial position and changes in net assets;\n(b) A summary of lending and investment activities for each account and eligible project;\n(c) A list of each project that is financed, including the borrower, purpose, loan terms, and repayment status; and\n(d) Administrative and operating costs, fees collected, and reserve balances.\n(2) Each such report shall be published and made publicly available on the website for the investment program.","path":["Chapter 39 - HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=39-2923","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"56098519f2e0e4778d0773274629ebee74e6ea5f251c7dc255dead2e43ec0acf","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-39-2922","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-39-2924"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
