Stat. § 43-2630","body":"To be eligible to receive a grant under the Child Care Capacity Building and Workforce Grant Program, an eligible recipient shall complete the application form prescribed by the statewide organization and provide for a one-to-one match for the amount of the grant. The eligible recipient shall include the following required information in its grant application:\n\n(1) A needs assessment showing the child care capacity and the needs of the eligible recipient at the time of application;\n\n(2) How the eligible recipient plans to use the grant;\n\n(3) How the eligible recipient plans to provide a one-to-one match for the amount of any grant received. Such match shall be in the form of:\n\n(a) Money or other collateral;\n\n(b) An in-kind donation, including a donation of facilities, maintenance, or equipment; or\n\n(c) Any combination of money, collateral, or in-kind donation that is approved by the department; and\n\n(4) Any other information required by the department.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 43"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=43-2630","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4f783c14bf89572fd60779fbd98f961c9f4673dfa79ff9628f7325e5515e81cc","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-263","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-2631"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
