Stat. § 43-2631","body":"A grant recipient under the Child Care Capacity Building and Workforce Grant Program may use the grant to provide financial or other support to:\n\n(1) The operation of a licensed child care program;\n\n(2) The operation of a license-exempt provider serving children enrolled in child care subsidy;\n\n(3) The child care workforce;\n\n(4) Parents or guardians with children in child care programs;\n\n(5) A federal Head Start program or Early Head Start program;\n\n(6) Start or expand any existing licensed child care program or license-exempt program serving any child on a child care subsidy;\n\n(7) An entity other than the statewide organization contracted to administer the Child Care Capacity Building and Workforce Program that provides administrative or technical support to a child care program;\n\n(8) Build or remodel an existing building for child care purposes;\n\n(9) Any purpose specified in rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the department; or\n\n(10) Any combination of such purposes.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 43"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=43-2631","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"e18890df7a4e61e57f693aa219205c10b21d948969e54a0c44f1a16b20ef666f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-2630","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-2632"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
