Stat. § 43-3341","body":"For purposes of sections 43-3341 to 43-3347 :\n\n(1) Business day means a day on which state offices are open for regular business;\n\n(2) Child support has the same meaning as found in section 43-1705 ;\n\n(3) Department means the Department of Health and Human Services;\n\n(4) Medical support has the same meaning as found in section 43-512 ;\n\n(5) Obligee means a person to whom a duty of support is owed pursuant to a support order;\n\n(6) Obligor means a person who owes a duty of support pursuant to a support order;\n\n(7) Normal business hours means 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time;\n\n(8) Spousal support has the same meaning as found in section 43-1715 ;\n\n(9) State Disbursement Unit means the unit established in section 43-3342 ;\n\n(10) Support has the same meaning as found in section 43-3313 ;\n\n(11) Support order has the same meaning as found in section 43-1717 ; and\n\n(12) Title IV-D Division means the Title IV-D Division of the department which is the single organizational unit of the state that has the responsibility for administering or supervising the administration of the state plan under Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 43"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=43-3341","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"8fbbe914f9725e04e6cde1e42c3545d4ac26b5531d7105dafa370555024fab3f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-3340","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-43-3342"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
