Stat. § 44-2215","body":"A company shall mail to the holder of its variable annuity contracts at least once in each year after the first, at his last-known address, a statement reporting:\n\n(1) The number of units credited to such contract and the dollar value of a unit as of a date not more than two months previous to the date of mailing; and\n\n(2) The investments held in the variable annuity account.\n\nSuch statement shall be mailed not more than two months prior to the annual meeting electing the governing board of the separate account when an election of a governing board of a separate account is required.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-2215","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"7e0b10171a0315742a8cb2f25ea6cdbb5636830fc1681abbde154f251b2b1db2","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-2214","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-2216"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
