Stat. § 44-32,130","heading":"Group and individual contracts; additional required provisions.","body":"(1) An individual contract shall provide a ten-day period to examine and return the contract and have the premium refunded. If services were received during the ten-day period and the person returns the contract to receive a refund of the premium paid, he or she shall pay for such services.\n(2) A group or individual contract shall permit enrollees to voluntarily terminate enrollment for any reason at any time.\n(3) A group contract shall permit enrollees to convert to individual enrollment upon termination of enrollment in the group.\n(4) A group contract shall not contain provisions that are in conflict with sections 44-3,144 to 44-3,150.","path":["Chapter 44 - INSURANCE"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-32,130","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"5ef604c8660c30bb5f4c95508f54b38627a7d5a960a8ad44198c7b3be2293f9f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-32-129","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-32-131"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
