Stat. § 44-3903","body":"Sections 44-3901 to 44-3908 shall not apply to the following persons:\n\n(1) Licensees for whom an examination is not required under the laws of this state;\n\n(2) Licensees who sell or consult only in the areas of credit life insurance and credit accident and health insurance;\n\n(3) Licensees who sell or consult only in the area of travel insurance;\n\n(4) Licensees who sell or consult only in the area of self-service storage facility insurance pursuant to section 44-4069 ;\n\n(5) Licensees holding such limited or restricted licenses as the director may exempt; and\n\n(6) Licensees in their first license period if that first license expires less than one year after the date of licensing.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-3903","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"5f12adfb7eb896c9939444b1b3f259110f6d47cce91c973d7a197047add4d7f5","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-3902","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-3904"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
