Stat. § 44-6011","body":"Risk-based capital level means an insurer's or a health organization's company action level risk-based capital, regulatory action level risk-based capital, authorized control level risk-based capital, or mandatory control level risk-based capital. For purposes of this section:\n\n(1) Authorized control level risk-based capital means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the risk-based capital instructions;\n\n(2) Company action level risk-based capital means, with respect to any insurer or health organization, the product of 2.0 and its authorized control level risk-based capital;\n\n(3) Mandatory control level risk-based capital means the product of 0.7 and the authorized control level risk-based capital; and\n\n(4) Regulatory action level risk-based capital means the product of 1.5 and its authorized control level risk-based capital.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-6011","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"50581c7fd297dc0ae72a8baa80b23ba031fda1cf89a7345adc9a2b22d7d0b85d","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-6010","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-6012"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
