Stat. § 44-7521","body":"A statistical agent may, for the lines of insurance for which it has been licensed:\n\n(1) Develop statistical plans including territorial and class definitions;\n\n(2) Collect and distribute statistical data from insurers or any other source;\n\n(3) Collect, compile, and publish past and current rates charged by individual insurers if such information is also made available to the general public at no more than a reasonable cost;\n\n(4) Collect and compile exposure and loss experience for the purpose of individual risk experience ratings;\n\n(5) Undertake educational activities relating to the collection, compilation, or interpretation of insurance-related data;\n\n(6) Distribute any other information that is filed with the director; and\n\n(7) Furnish any other services, as approved or directed by the director, related to those enumerated in this section.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-7521","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"db76197b6d662eb584501dcfcd458b4f15056803274447296a4932b494313c5e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-7520","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-7522"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
