Stat. § 44-786","body":"On or after July 1, 1996, any entity which offers any individual or group sickness and accident insurance policy, subscriber contract, health maintenance organization contract, or hospital, medical, or surgical expense-incurred policy which is delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state shall include obstetricians/gynecologists as primary care physicians if they otherwise qualify as a primary care physician pursuant to the credentialing or recredentialing standards of that entity and they perform all of the functions of a primary care physician according to the terms and conditions of such entity's primary care physician contract.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 44"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=44-786","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"35d257d42b6f935bfecb89ba3a243063240f64335591d505b8173775f4819b8f","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-785","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-44-787"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
