Stat. § 47-406","body":"As soon as adequate funds are available in the prisoner's account in accordance with section 47-403 , and to the extent of the funds in such account, the court shall, by written order, disburse such funds for the following purposes and in the following order of priority:\n\n(1) The board of the prisoner;\n\n(2) Necessary travel expense and other incidental expenses of the prisoner;\n\n(3) Support of the prisoner's dependents, if any;\n\n(4) Payment either in full or in part, of the prisoner's obligations acknowledged by him in writing, or which have been reduced to judgment; and\n\n(5) The balance, if any, to the prisoner upon his discharge.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 47"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=47-406","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"f4ef2ea271b8e0778ac540815e101978ebd3ac412257dfda3f0497679efd9a65","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-47-405","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-47-407"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
