Stat. § 48-3403","body":"For purposes of the Sector Partnership Program Act:\n\n(1) Department means the Department of Labor;\n\n(2) Local area means a workforce development area authorized by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and established in Nebraska;\n\n(3) Local sector partnership or partnership means a workforce collaborative that organizes key stakeholders in a particular sector of business or industry in a local area into a working group that focuses on the shared goals and human resources needs of such sector;\n\n(4) Local workforce development board means a local workforce development board authorized by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and established in Nebraska; and\n\n(5) Nebraska Workforce Development Board means the state workforce development board authorized by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and established in Nebraska.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 48"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=48-3403","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"90b3acba19b09a750228f69de7c52a012618fd70540af9d22e081d7e3893c1a1","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-48-3402","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-48-3404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
