Stat. § 52-150","body":"(1) If a prime contractor or owner has secured a surety bond a notice of surety bond may be recorded.\n\n(2) The notice shall be signed by the contractor or owner and by the surety company and state:\n\n(a) The real estate being improved with a description thereof sufficient for identification;\n\n(b) The names and addresses of the owner and the prime contractor;\n\n(c) The name and address of the surety company and the name and address of a person on whom service of process may be made;\n\n(d) The total sum of the bond and that the bond meets the requirements of section 52-141 ; and\n\n(e) That the bond is for the purpose of relieving the real estate from construction liens arising under the contract between the named prime contractor and contracting owner.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 52"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=52-150","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"ac2d64db7a853203c4b3005a9c6e55853d8333c126088d0c38564d35a4d1de36","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-52-149","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-52-1501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
