Stat. § 53-103.14","body":"Franchise or agreement, with reference to the relationship between a manufacturer and wholesaler, includes one or more of the following:\n\n(1) A commercial relationship of a definite duration or continuing indefinite duration which is not required to be in writing;\n\n(2) A relationship by which the wholesaler is granted the right to offer and sell the manufacturer's brands by the manufacturer;\n\n(3) A relationship by which the franchise, as an independent business, constitutes a component of the manufacturer's distribution system;\n\n(4) A relationship by which the operation of the wholesaler's business is substantially associated with the manufacturer's brand, advertising, or other commercial symbol designating the manufacturer; and\n\n(5) A relationship by which the operation of the wholesaler's business is substantially reliant on the manufacturer for the continued supply of beer.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 53"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=53-103.14","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"36303885a5d7095131dd40f470d72b319b6f7b712ee52fdb3bfbad626909bb67","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-53-103.13","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-53-103.15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
