Stat. § 54-505","body":"(1) To the extent that funds are available, program funds shall be distributed as follows:\n\n(a) After completing the first year of service under the contract, the veterinarian is eligible to receive up to fifteen thousand dollars;\n\n(b) After completing the second year of service under the contract, the veterinarian is eligible to receive up to fifteen thousand dollars;\n\n(c) After completing the third year of service under the contract, the veterinarian is eligible to receive up to twenty-five thousand dollars; and\n\n(d) After completing the fourth year of service under the contract, the veterinarian is eligible to receive up to twenty-five thousand dollars.\n\n(2) If the veterinarian does not complete an entire year of service or if sufficient funds are not available to provide the full dollar amount of incentive in a year, the amount distributed under this section for that year shall be prorated.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 54"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=54-505","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"9c9827e0843e5580ba8edd71626698c23144e75553b813a9d24227dd0b585ed8","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-54-504","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-54-506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
