Stat. § 54-855","body":"The following acts are prohibited:\n\n(1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded;\n\n(2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;\n\n(3) The distribution of agricultural commodities, such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, which are adulterated within the meaning of subdivision (1) of section 54-854 ;\n\n(4) The removal or disposal of any commercial feed in violation of an order under section 54-860 ;\n\n(5) The failure or refusal to comply with section 54-850 ;\n\n(6) The violation of subsection (6) of section 54-861 ; and\n\n(7) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by section 54-856 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 54"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=54-855","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"0d2ba5f4206af9c9cde9a7746b0dee1ed8ac976e3a5ac1a8b1bb34f1b862107e","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-54-854","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-54-856"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
