Stat. § 60-3305","body":"(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may operate an on-demand driverless-capable vehicle network. Such a network may provide transportation of persons or goods, including:\n\n(a) For-hire transportation, including transportation for multiple passengers who agree to share the ride in whole or in part; and\n\n(b) Public transportation.\n\n(2) An on-demand driverless-capable vehicle network may connect passengers to driverless-capable vehicles either (a) exclusively or (b) as part of a digital network that also connects passengers to human drivers who provide transportation services, consistent with applicable law, in vehicles that are not driverless-capable vehicles.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 60"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-3305","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4d9f635ceb18126730c214cdbe48a74affa88f349636df631102d0e0b23bd2a1","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-3304","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-3306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
