Stat. § 60-3407","body":"(1) A program shall collect and verify records pertaining to the use of a vehicle, including sharing periods, sharing period pick-up and drop-off locations, fees paid by each driver, and revenue received by each owner.\n\n(2) A program shall provide the information collected pursuant to subsection (1) of this section upon request to the owner, the owner's insurer, and the driver's insurer to facilitate a claim coverage investigation, settlement, negotiation, or litigation.\n\n(3) A program shall retain the records required in this section for a period of not less than four years.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 60"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-3407","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"6e0e9fbdd8e72b571be8f3405ea698820f4da271f7a7895e92364c37f009e619","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-3406","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-3408"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
