Stat. § 60-6,336","heading":"Snowmobile contests; requirements.","body":"Nothing in sections 60-6,320 to 60-6,346 shall prohibit the use of snowmobiles within the right-of-way of any highway in any international or other sponsored contest. When the proposed use of the right-of-way of any highway is for an international or other sponsored contest:\n(1) The sponsoring person or organization shall obtain prior written permission from the governing body having jurisdiction over the highway when such highway is not part of the state highway system; and\n(2) The sponsoring person or organization shall comply with subsection (2) of section 39-1359 when such highway is part of the state highway system.","path":["Chapter 60 - MOTOR VEHICLES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-6,336","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"54bf7059ff5c4275fd047149c836beee938fbfac0538fb5fc0e316033614cb76","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-335","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-337"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
