Stat. § 60-6,337","heading":"Snowmobiles; prohibited acts.","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any snowmobile on any public land, ice, snow, park, right-of-way, trail, or course in the following unsafe or harassing ways:\n(1) At a rate of speed greater than reasonable or proper under all the surrounding circumstances;\n(2) In a careless, reckless, or negligent manner so as to endanger the person or property of another or to cause injury or damage thereto;\n(3) While under the influence of alcoholic liquor or of any drug;\n(4) Without a lighted headlight and taillight when required for safety; and\n(5) In any tree nursery or planting in a manner which damages or destroys growing stock.","path":["Chapter 60 - MOTOR VEHICLES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-6,337","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"ba1ccf7ee69f126e8edcb9e8f89d901cbfe595cb0a80659cb81834192ad1f7c5","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-336","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-338"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
