Stat. § 60-6,343","heading":"Snowmobiles; violations; penalty.","body":"(1) Any person who violates any provision of sections 60-6,320 to 60-6,346 or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to such sections shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor, and if such person is convicted of a second or subsequent offense within any period of one year, he or she shall be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor.\n(2) Any violation of such sections which is also a violation under any other provision of Chapter 60 may be punished under the penalty provisions thereof.","path":["Chapter 60 - MOTOR VEHICLES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-6,343","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:01:11Z","sha256":"48fb9385793c77e2442d6398e3148ae66f917f18e71693254b882dc5ee8a8f62","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-342","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-6-344"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
