Stat. § 60-636","heading":"Minibike, defined.","body":"(1) Minibike shall mean a two-wheel motor vehicle that:\n(a) Has a total wheel and tire diameter of less than fourteen inches;\n(b) Has an engine-rated capacity of less than forty-five cubic centimeters displacement;\n(c) Has an engine power output of less than three horsepower;\n(d) Has an engine-rated capacity of less than two thousand two hundred thirty-eight watts; or\n(e) Was primarily designed by the manufacturer for off-road use only.\n(2) Minibike shall not include an electric personal assistive mobility device.","path":["Chapter 60 - MOTOR VEHICLES"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-636","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-18T06:01:53Z","sha256":"7e9632368238b88731ab8e410fc258cad98736d194c824ffdf372b4b1215d560","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-635","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-636.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
