Stat. § 60-703","body":"For purposes of the 24/7 Sobriety Program Act:\n\n(1) 24/7 sobriety program means a program that, as a condition of bail as ordered by a court, requires an individual who was arrested to:\n\n(a) Totally abstain from alcohol and drugs for a specified period of time;\n\n(b) Be subject to at least twice daily testing for alcohol according to best practice standards; and\n\n(c) Be subject to drug testing if indicated by best practices;\n\n(2) Department means the Department of Motor Vehicles;\n\n(3) Director means the Director of Motor Vehicles; and\n\n(4) Testing means a method to determine the presence of alcohol or drugs.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 60"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=60-703","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"fb7c1dfbb05d9c40bd55c98a0e8385fb19ebf436531158eac898f0e8d244113d","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-702","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-60-704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
