Stat. § 66-2201","body":"For purposes of sections 66-2201 to 66-2207 :\n\n(1) Department means the Department of Water, Energy, and Environment;\n\n(2) E-15 means a blend of ethanol and gasoline in which ethanol comprises fifteen percent of the blend by volume;\n\n(3) E-85 means a blend of ethanol and gasoline in which ethanol comprises seventy percent or more of the blend by volume;\n\n(4) Motor fuel pump means a meter or similar commercial weighing and measuring device used to measure and dispense motor fuel originating from a motor fuel storage tank;\n\n(5) Program means the Renewable Fuel Infrastructure Program created in section 66-2202 ;\n\n(6) Retail dealer means a person engaged in the business of storing and dispensing motor fuel from a motor fuel pump for sale on a retail basis; and\n\n(7) Retail motor fuel site means a geographic location in this state where a retail dealer sells and dispenses motor fuel from a motor fuel pump on a retail basis.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 66"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=66-2201","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"cac8a7ddd6291e98c234d6e7934470dde6dd56d7a6e12730ee72a82154608ed6","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-66-2107","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-66-2202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
