Stat. § 66-2203","body":"(1) A person shall be eligible to apply for a grant under the program if the person is an owner or operator of a retail motor fuel site.\n\n(2) An ethanol infrastructure project shall be eligible for a grant under the program if such project is:\n\n(a) Designed and used exclusively to store and dispense E-15 gasoline or E-85 gasoline or a blend of ethanol and gasoline from a motor fuel pump designed to blend such motor fuels together in blends higher than E-15. Such E-15 gasoline shall be a registered fuel recognized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency;\n\n(b) On the premises of a retail motor fuel site; and\n\n(c) Subject to a cost-share agreement as described in section 66-2205 .\n\n(3) An ethanol infrastructure project shall not be eligible for a grant under the program if such infrastructure includes a tank vehicle.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 66"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=66-2203","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"5a5903d2c4d8ebf9afc32b751f8764892ee52366f8a87b5260c5c2b98dcb1fa2","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-66-2202","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-66-2204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
