Stat. § 67-282","body":"(a) If the Secretary of State finds that an application for registration conforms to law and all requisite fees have been paid, he or she shall:\n\n(1) Endorse on the application the word Filed, and the month, day, and year of the filing thereof;\n\n(2) File in his or her office a duplicate original of the application; and\n\n(3) Issue a certificate of registration to transact business in this state.\n\n(b) The certificate of registration, together with a duplicate original of the application, shall be returned to the person who filed the application or his or her representative.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 67"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=67-282","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"85375d41fae36410256635b330d17ed21e901df667d836da741a24860e6ee9fc","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-67-281","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-67-283"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
