Stat. § 67-433","body":"(1) If a partner's dissociation results in a dissolution and winding up of the partnership business, sections 67-439 to 67-445 apply; otherwise, sections 67-434 to 67-438 apply.\n\n(2) Upon a partner's dissociation:\n\n(a) The partner's right to participate in the management and conduct of the partnership business terminates, except as otherwise provided in section 67-441 ;\n\n(b) The partner's duty of loyalty under subdivision (2)(c) of section 67-424 terminates; and\n\n(c) The partner's duty of loyalty under subdivisions (2)(a) and (2)(b) of section 67-424 and duty of care under subsection (3) of section 67-424 continue only with regard to matters arising and events occurring before the partner's dissociation, unless the partner participates in winding up the partnership's business pursuant to section 67-441 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 67"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=67-433","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"50cadcb6bdb3936bfca6aa80616f06ceec1ff182a2cc5d4b5c28dd94b4bbdfd5","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-67-432","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-67-434"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
